Carved Sapphire & Multicolor Tourmaline Diamond One of One Ring

A hand-carved sapphire sits at the heart of this ring, encircled by multicolor tourmaline and natural diamonds. It is high-jewelry craftsmanship in its most personal form.

The sapphire is hand-carved, its surface sculpted into soft planes that pull light across the stone. A ring of multicolor tourmaline surrounds it like a jeweled garden; tourmaline occurs in more colors than any other gemstone, and here its pinks and greens are gathered around the sapphire. Natural diamond accents add a refined edge of brilliance.

This is a reworked vintage piece: sourced, taken apart and rebuilt by hand in our Los Angeles studio, it is a true one-of-one. Its stones, setting and finish exist in this exact form only once.

Care

• Put your jewelry on last, after lotion, perfume and hairspray, and take it off first.
• Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or cleaning. Chlorine, salt water and sweat dull metal and stones.
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth only. Avoid silver dips and abrasive polishing cloths, which can wear the gold layer.
• Never use ultrasonic or steam cleaners.
• Store it in its presentation box, in a cool, dry place, to prevent scratches and tarnish.
